Airsoft snipers are one of the most vital positions as combatant in an Airsoft skirmish team. They are the ones who find and picks out the opponent in a distance before their teammates arrives in the battleground. With this crucial position a sniper should have at least the basic and the most reliable tools of the trade, which is his Airsoft sniper rifle. Honing and learning your Airsoft sniper rifle like the back of your hand is imperative to your execution. Here are some tips on how to make the most out of your Airsoft sniper rifles and enjoy every playing moment with it.

You may use 20 in a 300 to 350 FPS and 25 to 30 in 400 FPS respectively. If a good set of sniper rifle is acquired, chances are it has an adjustable hop-up. Avoid turning the hop-up to its maximum with 20 bullets along with the 400 fps. The projectiles are fired and will bend remarkably, thus causing miss-aligned shots and stray bullets.

Setting up your gun The first thing to do is to buy a good and reliable gun. Be on the lookout for a good snipers gun with specifications of 350 frames per second (FPS) rate. Anything that is below 350 FPS should be less considered, you would not get your moneys worth with that kind of specification to start with. Selecting high-grade ammo is also an essential part. What would you do anyway with a good gun projecting poor bullets?

It is recommended that you use 20 in a 300 to 350 FPS and 25 to 30 in 400 FPS combination. A good sniper rifle always comes with a good adjustable hop-up; however, turning your hop-up to its maximum with .20 bullets in 400 FPS is a no-no. Bullets will bend massively which may result to misaligned shots and off-target shooting.

Further Tips in buying Airsoft sniper rifle gun Buy an Airsoft sniper rifle only with metal barrels. There are many imitations or what you call second best manufacturers out there where they are taking advantage of the popularity of the Airsoft game. They are selling run of the mill Airsoft guns in a sub-standard feature. You will be surprised by how cheap their products are. This should be the indication to double-check their credibility.

Use only 25 to 30 with 400 FPS and an adjusted hop-up. It is the most recommended set-up for an Airsoft sniper rifle gun. Maximizing its full capability for greater performance and value for your money will lead to a longer time of fun and enjoyment in playing.

Choose and buy a good scope. A good scope is your companion in sniping, a great ally every sniper should have. Preferably, a Mil-Dot system scope should do the trick. It will serve as your eye in spotting the enemy and shooting them to oblivion.

If you choose the UTG L96 shadow Ops sniper, this will cost you around $180. These types of sniper rifle reflect off 480 FPS in a very reliable manner. It is cheaper compared to the expensive Airsoft sniper such as the M700 gas powered.

There is no Airsoft sniper rifle with good quality in that price range and chances are they are sub-standard. Your objective should be to have a good set of an Airsoft sniper rifle that out shadow your opponents gun. By mere possession of a gun that exceed your adversarys firearm is one indication of victory.
